    Laxpaj Recipe

    For the crust:
    1 stick of butter
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup AP flour
    2 tbsp cold water

    Mix the above ingredients in a medium mixing bowl and then form the dough into a buttered pie pan and bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
